CAMPAIGN DETAILS A 10-week acquisition and support campaign aimed at both existing and prospective NiQuitin customers. A variety of channels were used (including email, DM and SMS) to invite smokers to set their quit date within a 2 week window. In return, they received a set of personalised communications which, dependent on the group they were assigned to, included a Pocket Quit Calendar, Quit Chart, support postcards, tailored emails, SMS, and money-off coupons. The end goal was to encourage the quitters to also sign up for the free Click2Quit Plan, using Lorraine - whose successful quitting journey using NiQuitin was televised this year – as a hook. |
