A few ads from ye olde days of computing, beginning with a lie of staggering proportions:

The strange thing about this ad from 1977 is that I used to have a Casio Databank watch when I was about 10 and I’m pretty sure it claimed to have a memory of about 16k. And that was in about 1989.
